1. Refunds | Returns

• Due to the nature of these products, BRB Wholesale Transfers does not offer refunds on any orders.
• If there is an issue with your order, missing prints, a misprint on a transfer or something arrived damaged, please reach out to us and we will either issue you a store credit or send a replacement screen (as long as that screen is still in stock).
• There will be NO REFUNDS on custom orders.

2. Can I resell transfers as transfers?

• NO. 
• BRB Transfers prohibits the resale of any of their transfers as transfers, including flipping transfers (buying for cheaper and listing with a markup elsewhere). 
• BRB Transfers does allow destashing, but the item being destashed must be out of season and not part of our current lineup of transfers.
• BRB Transfers designs are meant to be sold as finished products to your customers; ie. on t-shirts, bags, tea towels and other items.

3. Right to refuse Service or Products

• We reserve the right to refuse service or products to clients at any time at our discretion.

4. Watermarks

• You may use our mockup photos HOWEVER you MUST leave our watermark, or cover it with your own. 
• You may NEVER crop out our watermark or alter our mock up images. 
• Failure to do so could result in BRB discontinuing business with you in the future.
